What is your leadership style?

In one word – trust! My approach is to always believe in people’s capabilities and, in doing so, give them the responsibility to manage their tasks successfully. I’m often impressed by the talent people bring in their areas of expertise, and I know everyone has something unique to contribute.

I’m very straightforward and communicative, and I value a structured way of working.

My experience is from marketing communication and digital production (website, social media, TVC, DOO) - both strategically and operational. I come from a SaaS company and have worked with B2B.

I am passionate about innovation and creating smarter ways of working that deliver real value. My favorite place is in the space between hands-on operational project management and strategic, behind-the-scenes process optimization. This is where I spot opportunities for improvement and explore the possibilities of how to make them happen.

I have a curiosity for AI and new technologies, integrating them into strategic initiatives for better outcomes.

Whatever project or assignment I’m working on, my philosophy is simple: know your stuff. I dive deep into what I do — whether it’s understanding the client and their real needs or taking ownership of a product or service. By doing my research thoroughly, I know how to approach my work in the best possible way.
